Kate Middleton plays hockey in high heels at St. Andrews

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton visited St. Andrew’s in Berkshire, her childhood prep school on Friday, November 30.

The private preparatory and boarding school hosted its own St. Andrews Day Festival and play date, and they asked Kate to join in their festivities. According to Daily Mail, the Duchess was attended the festival and even joined in for a game of hockey fully dressed in full skirt with knee-high heeled boots.

Kate Middleton, alongside her sister Pippa Middleton attended St. Andrews from 1986 to 1995 and won many awards. In fact, she was a kind of a star student, and was very good at sports. While, as a student, the last time Kate played hockey with male pros in the field wearing tangerine jeans, this time, she donned a dark navy Alexander McQueen plaid dress with black knee-high heeled boots.

In a brief speech, Kate Middleton stated, “It is such a treat to be back here at St Andrew’s. I absolutely loved my time here; they were some of my happiest years.”

She explained, “In fact, I enjoyed it so much that when I had to leave, I told my mother that I was going to come back to be a teacher. While that didn’t quite happen, I was thrilled to have been asked back today on St. Andrew’s Day.”
