Kate Middleton has a new title, a window shopper.
The 31-year-old duchess, who is due to in mid-July, went to browse for antique furniture and other knick-knacks at the Mews Antique Emporium in the town of Holt in Norfolk on Saturday, April 13. Holt is located almost 25 miles from Anmer, where Kate and her husband Prince William, 30, are said to stay in a country house.
A source told People magazine, Kate arrived at the antique shop with a friend but didnât buy anything.
Palace sources confirmed that Kate, who studied art history while at the university, has been looking for antique pieces for the interior. Sheâs also known for picking up antiques at bargain prices in Wales.
Royal insiders also say the royal couple might even source a few artworks from the Royal Collection, which allows pieces to be borrowed to royal households, for display both in the private and public areas.
