Braving the chilly weather Kate Middleton has joined in with Cub Scout activities in Lake District National Park in England.
The 31-old-year duchess, who is expecting her first child due in July with her husband Prince William, has plunged her hands in the dough paying no attention that it was covering her Welsh gold wedding ring alongside her other jewelry which includes the diamond and sapphire ring once worn by Princess Diana.
And Kateâs bread won praises for her quality as one who tasted it said it was âbrilliantâ. Kate, a casual volunteer with her local Cub Scouts in Anglesey, North Wales, was paying a visit to the Great Tower Scout Activity Centre close to Windermere.
Volunteers said Kate was very enthusiastic about the whole thing, especially when she dunked her hands in the dough with removing her rings. At the camp, the adults learned how to teach the cubs to light fires, cook and climb trees with a rope harness.
Kate taught the kids how to light a campfire using firesteel, a modern version of flint.
Earlier this week, Kate visited the London Undergroundâs Baker Street Station in London, accompanied by her great-in-laws, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip to celebrate 150 years of service of Londonâs subway system.
